To produce colourful filament , we use all high quality additives and masterbatches which increase the product strength and performance.
The monofilament extrusion process is a continuous process, where plastic cords in multiple numbers are extruded from the extruder-die, vertically downward and
then drawn through a water bath where they solidify.
Then they are stretched immediately and oriented in a boiling water/hot air oven, and if necessary, subsequently stabilized in hot air oven.
Finally, they are wound individually on bobbins or alternatively collected on spools.
Our extrusion strength covers blend of assured raw materials, deriving required strength and shining on yarn extruded.
And that good quality process having strength and consistency in yarn denier taken outmost care of.
Weaving
With the large infrastructure in domain, we manufactured highly tested fabric in terms of size, weight, weaving density as well as the strength of warp and weft.
Our fabric are always tested for UV resistance, elongation, breakage.
Fabric mesh formation requires precision and conscious effort in order to give the fabric, the required finesse and evenness.
And we put high attention on breakage of yarn in the process, weaving defects etc.
Quality Check and Packaging
When it comes to quality, we follow the concept of Kaizen. We have stringent process for maintaining the quality.
To maintain quality at all aspects it undergoes a strict and defined checking process, separating defect pieces from the lot and assuring delivery of the finest quality products to the customers.
